The general services items of Zhejiang Discover Machinery Co., Ltd.
1. The warranty period for our equipment is 12 months after the successful installation and commissioning.
2. At the request of the customer, Discover Machinery could send the engineer to the customer's site for machine installation and commission without charge, but the travel expenses (Including transportation, food, and accommodation) are borne by the customer.
3. At the request of the customer, Discover Machinery could give a training course to the customer's operating or maintaining staff at our factory without charge, but the travel expenses (Including transportation, food, and accommodation) are borne by the customer.
4. During the warranty period, if the performance and quality of the equipment do not match the contract and they are caused by Discover Machinery, we will repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge after the customer returns the damaged part to Discover Machinery’s factory.
5. Beyond the warranty period or the quality problems caused by the customer's improper operation, Discover Machinery shall not be responsible for the warranty, but at the request of the customer, we will provide maintenance service and charge the maintenance fee.
6. Discover Machinery will provide long-term quality spare parts at reasonable prices.
7. Discover Machinery's maintenance center ensures that the customer's question and requirement will be dealt with in time. To accomplish that goal we will establish the customer's files record for tracking the user and abnormal conditions of the machine, meanwhile use the record as the basic information for the upgrading and improvement of the machine.
8. The details of the service will be negotiated and written into the sales contract which will gain a higher explanation right.
